Donate to your Savannah JEA

Making Contributions to the JEA is a Meaningful Way to Honor Loved Ones. Contributions to a Jewish Community Center fund provide meaningful opportunities to honor or memorialize loved ones, while meeting the education, social and recreational needs of the community. All contributions are appreciated!

With a minimum donation of $18, an appropriate acknowledgment is sent to the contributor and to the person or family being honored. All gifts are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.

Blumenthal, Judith Cultural Lecture Series Fund - Community-wide cultural arts programming

Brodzki, Jason Memorial Camp Fund - Camp Scholarship to 3-yr olds

Center, Dave & Bunny Campership Fund - Immigrant children at camp, provide enrichment & educational programming at camp

Center, Henry W. College Scholarship Fund - College scholarships to needy JEA members

Geffen, Pearl & Joseph Adult Education Series Fund - Support adult Jewish education

Hoffman, Philip Memorial Fund - Offset annual lecture series

JEA Fitness Fund - Fitness equipment

Kanter, Bertha & Hymie YAH Fund - Benefit of senior adults

Levy, Jack M & Miriam S Concert Fund - Fund concert by Symphony Orchestra that is free & open to the public

Meddin, Ethel Cohen Memorial Fund - Entertainment dance & variety show

Rosen, Rayond & Morris Memorial Fund - Israel-related cultural programs at JEA Day Camp

Rubin, Harvey Memorial Fund- Offset physical education department expenses. Annual award to outstanding Jewish high school athlete

Sav'h Section, Nat'l Council of Jewish Women Camp/Youth Fund - Support camp & youth activities

Tenenbaum, Albert & Rosaline JEA Youth Award Fund - Send a deserving teen to Israel for a summer kibbutz experience

Ullman, Allen Memorial Playground Fund - Purchase of playground equipment and upkeep and maintenance of the playground

Portman Fund - Teen activities

Weinberg Fund - 50/50 Scholarships and building maintanance

Longwater Fund - Youth and men's basketball

JEA Building Fund – Monies are used to create a reserve fund for capital improvement.

JEA Endowment – Funds may be used to provide a source of income for JEA extraordinary circumstances.
